The FBI's Redheaded Stepchild: Meghan Tokash

            The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) in western New York is corrupt as can be. When prosecutors shit the bed on their (FBI’s) cases or refuse to play corrupt games any longer they (FBI) resort to other prosecutors who are willing to say and do whatever is necessary so that decisions are rendered in their favor.  The FBI is not supposed to be selecting prosecutors in the court system and judges are supposed to objecting to this and dismissing cases based on the obvious malfeasance.  Typically, the FBI finds newer prosecutors who are trying to prove themselves in the legal system.  Meghan Tokash, Assistant United States Attorney in the Western District of New York, is one of the fallback options for the FBI.  Her prosecutions are handed to her and she is easily influenced, that is.  She routinely meets with FBI agents in order to glean their goals and what they want said in a courtroom regardless of the facts in the matter. 

Her military background makes her vulnerable to taking orders and, in turn, making poor decisions that are, essentially, illegal.  Moreover, her subservience to the idiots in the FBI in the western New York area can also be suggested to be disrespectful to the purposes of the military in the United States and the core values that the armed services are responsible for maintaining.  Her public service claims have gone to shit because of this and the FBI does not care about any virtues that were instilled during her military service to the nation.  This can be confirmed through an examination of her cases during her short tenure as a federal prosecutor. 

Most of Tokash’s cases have been easy convictions/practice cases so that the federal law enforcers know how she fits into their agendas.  More specifically, the FBI and other law enforcers will feed her nonsense about a case, instruct her about what not to say or present to judges or criminal defense attorneys, and even perform illegal tasks for her if she believes that their assistance may help acquire a conviction faster.  Once more, the FBI and other law enforcement organizations are not supposed to be doing this and she is not supposed to be making such requests.  Given this, Tokash’s understanding of due process and justice in the United States is based on cheating and working with other law enforcers in order to retain a career and social reputation that is respectable.  The problem is that what she really does is criminal and nothing respectable.  One more scumbag prosecutor in western New York that needs to go.  Go to prison, that is!  Over the course of her short tenure, this author has learned of more than 60 illegalities in and out of the court, yet no judge or other federal law enforcer seems to care. 

One of the worst instances that this author learned of was her drug use during a night out with numerous Drug Enforcement Agents (DEA).  During this party night, Tokash was seen snorting cocaine and taking pills that did not appear to be lawfully prescribed.  Then, driving home while not being able to walk properly.  When further inquiry was done, it was learned that the DEA agents and Tokash had been using drugs that had been confiscated during a drug raid in the Buffalo, New York area.  So much for those military values!  American justice?
