Insecure Joe: Trippin’ Balls About Constitutionally Protected Speech

           Assistant United States Attorney (AUSA) Joseph M. Tripi is insecure about the community finding out about his and his coworkers’ corruption in their so-called public service.  Recently, AUSA Tripi and other alleged public safety officials have launched outlandish documents to the federal court in Buffalo, New York about this author.  The claims include suggesting that this author is exhibiting signs of mental illness because of his critical writings about the legal system and investigative journalism about the illegal activities of some of the practitioners in the western New York area.  According to Insecure Joe, the First Amendment does not include writing critical pieces about government practices.  Surely, this man is crazy and probably a graduate of the State University of New York – the institution that routinely goes out of their way to validate their lousy claims against this author being violent and suffering from mental health issues.  Nonetheless, Insecure Joe is the new douchebag that has been influenced to threaten this author with prison time and commitments to psychiatric facilities because of the exercising of First Amendment rights.  Because of this, this piece will describe how Insecure Joe came to be an AUSA, the lousy public service that he is responsible for, and the many felonies that he has committed while being a federal prosecutor. 

How Insecure Joe Became a Federal Prosecutor   

Insecure Joe became a federal prosecutor because of his ass kissing qualities while in law school.  While attending law school, Insecure Joe would routinely send his resume to law firms that had former prosecutors on the roster.  After enough ass kissing, Insecure Joe was hired as a state prosecutor in Long Island and carried out vicious attacks toward poor defendants.  Specifically, Insecure Joe worked in Nassau County – which is one of the wealthiest counties in New York – and made a name for himself by catering to corrupt cops, judges, and other lawyers in the area.  Most of his cases in the area involved targeting poor people and ensuring that convictions were reached by hiding evidence that could raise doubt about the arrests and prosecutions that he was responsible for overseeing.  After he felt that he had acquired a sufficient amount of so-called professional experience, Insecure Joe used his corrupt buddies and experience to move into the big leagues – the federal criminal justice system, that is.

When Insecure Joe entered the United States Attorney’s Office, he was assigned to investigate and prosecute gang and gun violence in the Western District of New York.  This included working with street-level law enforcers and targeting poor minorities who had cliqued together to sell relatively small amounts of drugs.  There are few cases in Insecure Joe’s tenure that actually have a legitimate investigation and prosecution of a group of people who are causing serious harm to a community and engaging in serious violence.  Again, most of his cases include exaggerated claims of poor Black and Brown young adults selling drugs in order to make ends meet.  After reviewing his cases, it was noticed that Insecure Joe routinely lied about the nature of the offenses that were brought before a court and even lied about the weight of drugs being sold and violence that these young adults were responsible for.  To this date, Insecure Joe still targets poor minorities and caters to corrupt law enforcers who want to acquire professional success.

Insecure Joe’s So-Called Connectivity to Community Organizations   

  

            Insecure Joe also attempts to make himself feel good by working with smaller community organizations that want an end to gang and gun violence.  Yet, the number of organizations that want to work with him and his law enforcement buddies are far and few between.  The reason is because most of these small community organizations have caught on to the actual premises that Insecure Joe and his buddies are operating on.  That is, Insecure Joe and his buddies will contact these organizations and simply acquire information in order to secure indictments and reasons to launch investigations.  Rather than delivering assistance to these community organizations so that they can effectively deter gun and gang violence and not have their community members be subjected to harsh federal prosecutions, Insecure Joe and his buddies will use them and disregard their purposes so that they can be seen as successful in the legal community. 

Insecure Joe’s Bullshit Awards   

            Have you ever wondered who is responsible for the breaking up of minority communities and causing generational despair for many Black communities?  Insecure Joe is one of these people.  His lousy community service and desire to rise in the ranks of federal law enforcement has come at the expense of prosecuting poor minorities and using the above-mentioned community connections to do so.  Because of this, Insecure Joe has received numerous awards from the Department of Justice for his bigotry and terrible prosecuting practices.  Essentially, Insecure Joe has made a career off of exploiting poor people and suggesting that he cares about the communities that he routinely screws over. 

Insecure Joe and This Author

            Recently, and after numerous federal law enforcers have been fired for targeting this author or refused to target this author and stepped away from any desired legal matters given to them by superior shitheads, Insecure Joe was appointed as the next scumbag to step in and attempt to get this author prosecuted for his writings and to bolster false claims about mental health issues.  More specifically, Insecure Joe and his office girlfriends became enraged at the pieces by this author that described the ongoing corruption and firing of federal law enforcers that have targeted this author because of his critical media.  Insecure Joe’s claims include the typical bullshit about not infringing on this author’s First Amendment rights and attempting to slander this author by inferring that his writings are criminal.  Yet, and for some ill-conceived reasons, Insecure Joe and his cronies cannot conceive the idea that infringing on an individual’s rights to free speech as a public official is not supposed to be part of their duties.  Presenting false claims to a federal court of law as a federal prosecutor is a felony in the United States.  Lastly, not only has Insecure Joe filed motions with the federal court to try to prosecute this writer, but it also has been learned that he and his buddies have been contacting mental health specialists so that they can fulfill their bullshit claims about mental health issues.  Apparently, if you criticize the government you are crazy.  Losers.  Complete losers, America!
