Stephanie "Shit-Stain" Lamarque

Stephanie “Shit-Stain” Lamarque is a former Assistant United States Attorney in the Western District of New York – or the United States Attorney’s Office in Western New York claims that she is a former prosecutor because this author filed complaints against her and exposed her corruption during her tenure and inferred that she should be removed from her duties.  Nonetheless, the woman is a complete psychopath and is responsible for many injustices in the federal courts in western New York.  One of her trademark fallacies that has contributed to the many botched administrations of justice in the federal system in western New York is blatant lying to judges, hiding evidence, and using her federal law enforcement buddies – especially the Federal Bureau of Investigation – to acquire convictions.  In other words, due process and factual presentations were hardly anything that Shit-Stain Lamarque did while participating in federal criminal matters.  With this being stated, this piece will highlight Shit-Stain Lamarque’s specific illegalities while being an Assistant United States Attorney in the western New York area and the ways in which she became a prosecutor in the United States.

Shit-Stain Lamarque’s Hiring

            Shit-Stain Lamarque was hired because she is easily influenced and willing to do whatever is necessary to make her and her counterparts successful in their goals.  She was encouraged to apply to the United States Attorney’s Office/Department of Justice by special agents in the Federal Bureau of Investigation in the western New York area because of these reasons.  This was learned by the Bureau while searching in local law firms and looking for attorneys who met the criteria that they were looking for in order to enhance their conviction rates and not be bothered with external scrutiny about their illicit practices.  The United States Attorney at the time of her hiring, William Hochul, was on board with the illicit conduct that federal street-level law enforcers participated in and had no issues with accepting their recommendation for employment. 

In 2015, Shit-Stain Lamarque was officially hired and set free to violate constitutional rights and cater to federal law enforcers’ unlawful demands and investigations.  One of her first cases involved the illegal targeting of this author because of his critical media that was disliked by law enforcers, lawmakers, and State University of New York employees in the western New York area.  Specifically, the Federal Bureau of Investigation in the western New York area had been engaging in a so-called investigation toward this author because of the inside information that had been acquired about the plethora of illegalities in the legal community in Erie County, New York by this author.  Once more, a prosecutor was needed to carry these unlawful and erroneous investigations out and into the courts and Shit-Stain Lamarque was the individual who fit the profile standards by the Federal Bureau of Investigation and United States Attorney William Hochul.  Since her hiring, this author has learned of over one hundred due process violations, federal felonies, and, simply put, terrible behaviors that Shit-Stain Lamarque is responsible for.  The information received has come from legitimate legal practitioners in the area and research into her casework.

        

False Investigations, Erroneous Indictments, and Hiding Evidence

            Beginning with her false investigations, Shit-Stain Lamarque has been involved in investigations that included illegal electronic surveillance, harassing individuals in order to generate so-called reasonable causes to further investigations and to acquire legitimate warrants, and not presenting the actual methods of her investigations to federal judges or criminal defense attorneys.  All of this is against the law in the United States on both a state and federal level.  The methods in which she has targeted individuals needs to be specifically discussed.  That is, Shit-Stain Lamarque has taken profiles created by the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s Behavioral Analysis Unit and asked little questions about how the content was acquired or what criminal activity is actually is going on. 

Explaining more, Shit-Stain Lamarque will launch investigations based on frivolous information and lie to federal judges and superior United States prosecutors in order to further investigations and acquire indictments.  In many cases, evidence is completely fabricated by her and the Federal Bureau of Investigation and when people begin asking questions, she and the special agents will simply makeup evidence and present it as if it was legally acquired or is if it has some realistic application to their previous efforts.  Lastly, Shit-Stain Lamarque will hide any evidence that could bust her and her cronies’ misconduct.  Specifically, she is known to destroy and not produce full discovery even when ordered to do so.  Since there is no oversight in these matters, it is done quite easily. 

   

Illegal Communication and Trade-Offs with Criminal Defense Attorneys

            Shit-Stain Lamarque learned negotiation techniques from crooked special agents in the Federal Bureau of Investigation in the western New York area.  That is, after determining which cases would satisfy her supervisors and other law enforcement friends if a swift conviction was acquired, she would bargain with public defenders and private criminal defense attorneys.  This included having the defense attorneys misrepresent their clients by telling them that guilty pleas were the best idea because the evidence was so strong when, in fact, it was not, and rewarding criminal defense attorneys with better plea deals or evidence submission if they played along.  All of these behaviors are illegal.  Unfortunately, this is a common practice in the United States Attorney’s Office in the Western District of New York, but there are exceptions to how far the law will be bent in order to be successful for most of the prosecutors in the area.  Shit-Stain Lamarque had no lines drawn in the sand when it came to these processes or for her other forms of malfeasance.  Whatever made her look good to her supervisors and street-level cop friends is what she did.   Justice, in other words, was a corrupted game and the only acceptable output was that she won every time by any means necessary.  These are characteristics that narcissistic psychopaths have.

The Awards

            Lastly, Shit-Stain Lamarque and her colleagues were so arrogant that they would reward themselves for their corruption.  Awards created by the Federal Bureau of Investigation and other law enforcement agencies were given to Shit-Stain Lamarque for being successful in her corruption in the courts.  This is also illegal.  Providing any public official with an incentive to influence their described duties is a felony in the United States.  Shit-Stain Lamarque obviously never looked into any of this and graciously boosted her ego with bullshit awards that were given to her because of her poor understanding of constitutional rights.
