Socio-Legal Center in the County of Monroe
The Socio-Legal Center in Monroe County, New York is a
corrupted organization. It exploits the comprehension
of mental illness so that it can make money and allow its employees to retain
their occupation and create social reputations for its practitioners. In addition to this, this organization
attaches itself to the criminal justice system for other purposes. Specifically, the legal practitioners have leeched
onto this agency in order to retain their desired positive social reputations
and to be reelected into public offices.
Once more, this has nothing to do with mental illness and helping people
who come into contact with the criminal justice system.
There
are numerous so-called professionals that have promulgated a shitty discourse
of public service at this organization.
First, the medical specialists who have used this organization to retain
professionalism need to be described.
That is, there are a plethora of psychiatrists and psychologists that
use this organization to perform research and give recently graduated students
experience. The problem is that the
experience is based on illegal practices that include forcing these residents
(recently graduated medical students) to cater to the supervisors’ and legal
practitioners’ desires. Actual treatment
is disregarded because of the political-legal structure that is incorporated in
this organization, and mental health is dictated by people who are closely associated with this organization.
That is, the legal practitioners, as mentioned above, have attached
themselves to this organization in order to retain a positive social reputation
and community support for monetary reasons.
Explaining more, prosecutors, judges, and criminal defense attorneys use
this organization to reach personally desired goals that are rooted in desired
views of professionalism. Essentially, all
of these practitioners curb the actual purposes of mental health treatment in
order to retain public images that allow them to financially and socially prosper. If an example is necessary, simply look to
the diversion courts, community corrections, and police practices that are involved in alleged
understandings of exhibitions of mental health issues and how the people who
they deliver to this organization never seem to get better or remove themselves
from the legal system. In fact, this organization is responsible for sending many people back to jail and prison because of botched treatment agendas. Money and social
reputations are the true purposes of the Socio-Legal Center, and not proper mental
health services, that is. Because of these perverted
standards, this organization displays itself in a manner the requires a
complete overhaul.
Turning
to the social workers who are affiliated with this organization, their output
is the same as the legal practitioners.
Simply put, the social workers who work within this organization are
conduits for the above-mentioned social reputations and engagements and to acquire
insurance monies for the local and state governments.
Because of this, mental health therapy becomes turned into capitalistic
and alleged educational endeavors. That is,
acquiring insurance money and providing recently graduated students with so-called
experience becomes the norm and not actual therapeutic services. Individuals
who are sent to this organization automatically become science projects and
utilities to acquire professional experience in other words. Which, again, has nothing to do with mental health treatment.
In
sum, this organization is set up to steal taxpayers’ money and to allow
particular individuals to professionally prosper. The local, state, and federal governments
have ascertained a process that is based on false claims of helping individuals
with mental health issues and, in turn, disguised their purposes in a manner that
includes self-induced righteousness. Given this, the civilians of the County of
Monroe ought to be appalled and also question the agendas that have been
presented by this author. Basically,
taxpayer dollars are being spent on corruption and poor behaviors by so-called
professionals who are directly and indirectly involved in the legal system.
