The Lousy Buffalo FBI
Western New York is a poor
area, and the law enforcers within the boundaries use the low socioeconomic
status to their advantage. The Federal
Bureau of Investigation has mastered the art of manufacturing federal cases to
retain their public service value in the jurisdiction. After examining the conduct of the
organization for several years now, this author has determined that the Buffalo
Federal Bureau of Investigation participates in actions that do not prevent
crime, but waits till it occurs to step-in so that claims of public service can
be acquired and performs criminal activities so that federal cases can be made
and prosecuted. Once more, this is done
so that the organization’s employees can appear as adequate law enforcers and
have criminal investigations to engage in – job retention in other words. The crime statistics that are produced in the
area suggest that most of the criminality is at the state level and that the
cases that are taken on by the federal law enforcers have significant questionable
issues of jurisdiction and, again, serious problems with integrity as it
applies to agents in the organization’s daily practices. Essentially, there are a large number of
special agents in the Buffalo Federal Bureau of Investigation that have nothing
to do and spend a lot of their time causing crime and victimization rather than
stopping it and configuring cases via unethical and illicit methods.
Moreover, most of the
Buffalo Federal Bureau of Investigation’s lazy tactics and illegal detective
work is done in specific and routine fashions.
Special agents in this jurisdiction mostly use electronic surveillance
without warrants to manufacture cases and develop operations against an individual who they decide to target. Crimes are
manufactured by presenting stimuli to the targeted individual(s) with hopes that
the person(s) takes the bait which, in turn, allows the federal law enforcers’
claims of suspected criminal activity to be correct. This is illegal in many situations and falls
within the realm of entrapment and deliberate and overzealous misconduct. Second to this, the agents in this district
perform mass spying on citizens to see what types of cases that they can create. Listening in on citizens’ phone calls,
reading their text messages, emails, and watching their Internet activity is a
day-to-day procedure that goes on and, again, is an unlawful practice in the
United States when there is no realistic reason for suspicious illegal activity. The Buffalo Federal Bureau of Investigation’s
agents also thumb through files of previous offender’s records without probable
cause to generate criminal investigations and to secure a prosecution. A profiler will establish a false modus
operandi and, in turn, stimuli will be introduced to the offender to build a
case and look merited in their practices.
Supervising agents are condoning this because of the lack of sincere
crime on a federal level in the Buffalo area.
As aforementioned, most of the criminal activity falls within the realm
of state-based prosecution and, because of this, the Buffalo Federal Bureau of
Investigation does not have as much purpose in the area as they would like.
Connectivity with local
police departments and registered and unregistered informants is another
problem within the organization in the western New York area. Buffalo’s Federal Bureau of Investigation
routinely bullies local police departments so that they can take over cases or
learn about criminal investigations that they have not discovered. Specific divisions in the Bureau will
withhold services that local police departments lack so that they are needed. Rather than establishing a positive
relationship with additional law enforcers, the Buffalo Federal Bureau of Investigation
steals cases and turns to the local detectives to provide information so that not
as much effort has to be conducted by the Bureau’s agents. As mentioned above, use of informants is another
disgusting tactic by the local Bureau.
Agents in the western New York district typically use drug addicts or people
with low intelligence quotients to do their dirty work for them and provide
information that, in turn, assists prosecutors and produces images of heroism
for the local Bureau. In addition to this, they also have a host of criminal defense attorneys who supply the Bureau with tips about conduct that their clients tell them about The problem is
that many of their informants are not credible -- even the lawyers -- and, in many cases, are
attempting to avoid prosecution themselves or desire some type of quid pro quo
for their snitch work. These practices violate many core rights in the United States' legal system. Buffalo’s Federal
Bureau of Investigation also uses informants who are not involved with the
criminal justice system. These
individuals usually fall within the persons with low intelligence category. More specifically, the agents contact
individuals who have been part of a “suspect's” life and provide temporary incentives or small
benefits in return for biased information.
For example, specials agents in the Buffalo area are known to help these
types of informants with employment, getting approved for loans, personal
goals, and assistance with non-law enforcement government agencies. Of this, the Buffalo Bureau’s special agents
will contact these individuals and provide cues for unfavorable statements against
their targeted “perpetrators.” Many of
the observed cases have included informants of this type that have had bad
relations with the alleged criminal offender who has been targeted by the
Bureau. This is not only unethical, but
it is also illegal in the United States.
The Buffalo
Federal Bureau of Investigation is known for using the local media to their
advantage too. Spokesmen/women for the Buffalo
Bureau have created entirely false stories as well as exaggerated details of a
case to aid in their investigations and sought prosecution in the area. The local media executives and broadcasters hardly
question the authenticity of the information given to them because of their
desires for juicy news pieces that get citizens’ attention and boosts viewer
ratings. WIVB Channel 4 tends to be the
most used by the Buffalo Federal Bureau of Investigation and, for some unknown
reason, this news company plays along with the Bureau without much flak from
citizens, other news organizations, or people within the legal system in the
area.
