Lipshitz, Greed, Scame, Corruptia, LLP

You can learn a lot about an area based on its legal system.  Erie County, New York is home to one of the most corrupt civil and criminal justice systems in the state and entire country.  The entire jurisdiction is saturated with half-ass public officials who work hard to keep their jobs and reputations intact.  Efforts come in many forms in this perverted jurisdiction and the body of judges, lawyers, police officers, federal, state and local lawmakers, and corrections personnel in the county participate in delusional tasks to ensure that they can maintain their wannabe posh lifestyle that they have acquired.  Justice in this area takes shape in a typical-atypical fashion.  That is, Erie County is one of the poorest areas in the entire country, yet the pay-to-play ideas associated with the legal system still exists – this is why all the corruption and poor behaviors by the above-mentioned professionals takes place.  Of all the scumbags in the jurisdiction, the high-end law firms take the cake for being the worst of the worst in the county.

Moreover, since the location has one of the few public law schools in New York, there are an abundance of lawyers who run around the town doing whatever they can to pay for their luxury cars, high-priced mortgages, and, in some cases, their young mistresses – who, in many cases, are law students or recently graduated lawyers.  It is quite disgusting when you take a step back and observe the behaviors of these wannabe jackasses.  Nonetheless, there are not many high-end law firms in Erie County, and the few organizations who have made it to the top have been able to do so through bribery with the courts, lawmakers, and criminal justice professionals.  The firm that is the most grotesque in their practices is Lipsitz, Green, Scime, Cambria, LLP.  Thus, this blog will describe the firm’s activities and convey how the primary owners are responsible for many individuals’ harm, a massive amount of deliberately botched legal work, and legal scams to maintain their bullshit living situations and to be viewed as a top-level law firm in Erie County, New York.  First, the primary owners will be depicted for their criminal activities and, in turn, the law firm in its entirety will be discussed so that readers can learn of the organization’s biases and corruption.

Primary Owners

Herbert L. Greenman

Herb Greenman started off as a prosecutor in Erie County which, in turn, allowed him to connect himself with the area’s good ole’ boys club and, eventually, start his own private practice.  The money he was earning as an assistant district attorney was not sufficient for the lifestyle he wanted.  So, Herb Greenman entered private practice earlier in his life and did so with a future United States District Court Judge – Richard Arcara.  The two briefly worked together and eventually called it quits when Arcara decided to reenter the public service profession.  After this, Greenman utilized his legal connections that he had made with his public official buddies to retain large sums of money for the remainder of his career.  The public officials in the area needed a lawyer who they could turn to when money was able to be collected, and Herb Greenman fit the bill since he had already made so many friends in the public and private sectors.  In turn, officials in Erie County boasted his reputation as a lawyer and worked with him to provide satisfactory results in the cases that he had taken on.  It should be noted that many of the cases that Herb Greenman had been hired for was due to the relationship with the area’s legal practitioners.  In other words, the public officials wanted an attorney who they could trust with bribe making and the unlawful exchange of monies in general, so they created the professionalism for Herb Greenman so that when a defendant was facing legal issues there was no question about the legal work being delivered and, again, for when money was to be “properly” shifted regardless of the outcome of the case.  Basically, Herb Greenman rose to the top of the legal community in Erie County because he was willing to share his profits with other legal practitioners and many of these professionals, in turn, added to the claims of him being a good lawyer through beneficial court outcomes so that the illegal practices could continue in the county.  Lastly, Herb Greenman is known to work for law enforcement agencies and deliver information to them about his clients so that arrests and prosecutions can be configured.  If he takes on a criminal case there is a strong likelihood that he will communicate with law enforcers to keep his reputation and money-making schemes afloat.

James T. Scime

Jim Scime recognized early on that earning a lot of money was done through the civil justice system.  After graduating from Capital University, he concentrated on product liability, medical malpractice, and various forms of personal injury.  His first big case that won him a nice sized thirty-three and a third served as an investment for his future criminality.  Specifically, Jim Scime learned how the justice system in the United States really works, which allowed him to develop his own personal team of bullshit doctors, quackjob experts, scripts to have his clients recite, and processes of giving judges and jurors kickbacks for verdicts in his favor.  After several decades of doing this, Scime made many friends in the courts and now simply focuses on bribing judges with percentages of large awards for injury claims that he makes up or exaggerates.  Many of his clients in the past ten years have been involved with multimillion-dollar lawsuits that are settled because of his corrupt relationships with the area’s judges.  Civil justice for Mr. Scime has no boundaries, and he even ensures that he has collateral if things do not go his way.  More specifically, when Scime feels as if he is losing a case or is threatened because the deal making is not suitable between himself and the presiding judge, he resorts to using blackmail as a method to get what he wants.  Erie County’s judges know this and usually play Scime’s game so that they are not forced to deal with any exposure for their unlawful behaviors.

Paul J. Cambria, Jr.

Paul Cambria prides himself on representing celebrities and wealthy businesses.  Moreover, Mr. Cambria claims to be a profound criminal defense attorney and is known for representing clients who are wealthy and find themselves on the wrong side of the law.  His tactics include taking his retainer fees and splitting them with courtroom personnel so that he can receive decisions in his favor.  His cases for approximately the last fifteen years have mostly included sentences or other decisions that most criminal defendants would never receive.  He, like Herb Greenman and Jim Scime, are ranking members of Erie County’s informal-wannabe pompous social elite club and simply use their connections to pass around money so that they can further their money-making schemes.  Finally, Paul Cambria likes living a lavish lifestyle and routinely travels the country barraging high-end bars and hotels with rock star-like engagements. His personal interests have entered his legal career as well.  Other than transfers of money, Cambria is known for providing additional vice-based incentives to judges, jurors, and opposing parties who stand in his way of getting a decision in his favor.  Sex, drugs, and legal matters!

Lipshitz, Greed, Scame, Corruptia, LLP in its Entirety

The combination of the efforts of the lawyers/criminals that are described above have done a great job at assembling a team of minion scumbags who assist with their dirty work.  Lipshitz, Greed, Scame, Corruptia, LLP has over twenty attorneys who prowl the area looking for clients and money-making scams to produce for their organization.  In some cases, the lower level criminal-lawyers will participate in finding dirt about lawmakers, other public officials, defendants in civil cases, and judges to ensure that their reputation and financial gains are not severely hindered.  Second to this, the sleaziness of the firm can be confirmed with their association with police departments and prosecutors.  Most, if not all, of the lawyers at Lipshitz, Greed, Scame, Corruptia, LLP are basically unregistered confidential informants for the local, state, and federal police departments.  Some actions that have occurred within the firm are bargaining not with prosecutors, but with local and state police officers and federal agents so that lengthy detective work does not turn out to be useless.  The firm routinely trades clients with these law enforcers and ensures that convictions will take place as long as other criminal defendants are not severely punished or sanctioned at all.  The problem is that most of the criminal defendants who are given up to courts are poor defendants who have been assigned to the firm because of conflicts of interests with public defense offices or are unable to produce a very large sum of money to the group of lawyers and other legal practitioners.  Overall, the law firm has been engaging in criminal activities for over twenty years and does not seem to face any consequences or signs of slowing down.  The taxpayers have been victims of these illicit behaviors for a long time, and with the daily grind to get by in one of the poorest areas in the country there does not seem to be a chance of any citizen-based flack toward the public officials and high-end attorney offices that have been performing these illegal activities.  Justice with a blindfold?  Obviously not happening in Erie County, New York.  Fucked-up, America!  Really fucked-up!
