The Quackjob Department
Meet the Psychiatry Department at the University at Buffalo. This group of people has
conducted themselves in horrible manners that have caused great harm to many people in Erie
County, New York. Most of the quacks in
the Department are associated with Erie County’s mental health services, and
are also responsible for a massive number of illegal acts and net-widening
schemes to generate funding from government agencies and professional
prosperity. Specifically, there are six
specialists at this academic institution who have performed fraudulent
services for the public service and legal community that should ascertain
criminal charges and license forfeiture in their professional field. This blog will explain what the
“doctors” and other professionals who have done these illegal actions and
unethical medical and legal practices are responsible for.
Ana
Cervantes is a licensed psychiatrist who teaches at the University at Buffalo, she
advertises consultant work and expert testimony for fees, and works at forensic
centers in county jails. Her illegal
actions include catering to attorneys who pay her for “diagnoses” for criminal
defendants and creating fraudulent evaluations for the other retained customers. Moreover, she routinely converses with the
other quacks in the Department to solidify her phony evaluations. In other words, after she makes her illegal
diagnoses and evaluations, she will contact another member of the faculty at
the Department of Psychiatry at the University at Buffalo and tell them what
she “observed” and then have the person who was evaluated participate in more
psychiatric testing that is performed by her colleague. No thought about the biases seem to enter her
train of thought. Often, she will make
similar diagnoses and create evaluations with the same suggestions and simply
copy and paste them into other files.
Case in point, whatever she is paid to do is what the lawyers, other retained customers, and public service people will get.
Her
connection with the Erie County Sheriff’s Department and Erie County Medical
Center should also be noted. Almost
every person who she evaluates at the local jail (when she worked at the Erie County Holding Center and, currently, at the Niagara County Jail) is prescribed medication after
very brief interviews. Dr. Cervantes is
responsible for maintaining her position as the local correctional facility
psychiatrist by keeping the pharmaceutical companies and local pharmacies open
for business. Her connectivity with the
county hospital – which is staffed by other University at Buffalo employees – furthers her bogus medical practices via the use of referrals and involuntary
commitments. If her patients challenge
her findings, she will use her community connections to ensure that any issues
are quickly dismissed. Calling
prosecutors and judges is in her repertoire – which is a violation of the due
process laws in this country. At times,
she has also had State University of New York legal staff contact public
officials and threaten them with political disadvantages so that her
“professionalism” and reputation is not tarnished.
Daniel
Antonius is a clinical psychologist at the University at Buffalo and is Ana
Cervantes’s lackey for the above-mentioned medical malpractices. He is routinely asked to act as a buffer for
the biased medical evaluations by Dr. Cervantes and other staff at the
Psychiatry Department. The legal
community knows this man too. Criminal
defense attorneys will pay Dr. Antonius for his “expert” testimony and it will
usually be done immediately after the testimony of Dr. Cervantes in a court of
law. Dr. Antonius is also participating
in net-widening scams at the Erie County Holding Center. The residential treatment program that he has
helped develop receives funding from government sources and has expanded
because of his communications with local law enforcement practitioners. Particularly, he is known to tell police
officers to arrest mentally ill persons so that he can evaluate them and put
them in the newly created program at the local jail to verify the effectiveness
of his programming. Moreover, he
performs these activities so that the local police departments, courts, and
social workers can have positive imagery in the community. The media communications act as a community
policing marketing tool in the community – which are obviously not depicting
the prejudiced arrests of mentally ill people and haphazard mental health
treatment that he is responsible for.
Dr.
Leidenfrost is a clinical psychologist who specializes in mandated court
evaluations and residential treatment at the Erie County Holding Center, as well as
holds a faculty position at the University at Buffalo's Psychiatry
Department. His actions are similar to
Dr. Antonius’s unlawful behaviors. More
precisely, he oversees the aforementioned mental health program at the county
jail and is responsible for a plethora of medical malpractice engagements and
discriminatory law enforcement work toward mentally ill persons. His desire to grow his program and retain a
professional reputation has caused a serious growth of mentally ill persons in
the local correctional facility.
Moreover, his work with the courts is also extremely discouraging. Dr. Leidenfrost disregards privacy laws by
sharing and acquiring information to cater to the position of the courts and
prosecutors. Making recommendations for
diversion courts and lengthy treatment is constantly associated with Dr.
Leidenfrost’s efforts. Civil complaints
have been filed against Dr. Leidenfrost, and when he receives word of these
possible legal matters he will threaten the plaintiff and antagonize them so
that he can hopefully call them violent, dangerous, and suffering from acute mental illnesses.
Peter
Martin is an underling to the above-mentioned doctors – or in this case
“doctors.” Once more, he does whatever
he is told to do by his colleagues because of his lack of experience and desire
to gain a professional reputation in the community. His malpractice consists of conversing with
his friends and verifying the bogus research and evaluations. His work paid off and he has acquired his
positions because of his ass kissing.
Dr. Martin is also a favorite for the legal community because of his
dedication to acquiring money and professional relationships. Ana Cervantes refers to him as her “little
sidekick.” The two are performing biased
medical evaluations for the courts and are being paid or provided with other
incentives by the attorneys or other customers who desire a favorable
outcome. Dr. Martin is known to
collaborate with law enforcers to verify the uncanny behaviors that he
manufactures and condones. His
affiliation with the Erie County Holding Center allows him to reach his twisted
goals by mistreating and misdiagnosing inmates.
His close work with Dr. Antonius and Dr. Leidenfrost contributes to the
net-widening schemes that are being done in the area. Dr. Martin prefers short interviews that
somehow result in complex diagnoses and behavior identification; he also enjoys
helping the local diversion courts retain clientele.
Dr.
Ruggieri works at the Comprehensive Psychiatric Emergency Program (CPEP) at the Erie County Medical Center. When there
are not enough patients in the program, Dr. Ruggieri will look into his files
and contact law enforcement to find a mentally ill person who is usually homeless and has little family contact.
After the police locate the specified person to the CPEP Unit, Dr. Ruggieri
will force the person to take medication – either voluntarily or involuntarily
– and undergo a series of medical evaluations to keep himself and the staff at
CPEP busy and employed. His common
actions are performing a very brief interview and taking days to conjure a
result; which usually leads to more treatment in the CPEP Unit and outpatient
services that the hospital and academic institution contracts with. Dr. Ruggieri also helps his department out
as well. He will converse with the
above-mentioned "doctors" to solidify the fraudulent medical practices. Privacy violations and illegal medical
practices are an everyday occurrence in Dr. Ruggieri’s medical assessments.
Dr. Ewing is a special
character and another favorite psychologist for attorneys seeking evaluations
in their favor. He is also a licensed
attorney. He will cater to any ambitions from the person who has paid him; Dr. Ewing specializes in performances for prosecutors and other public
officials. He is routinely called
upon by public defenders to perform biased evaluations who in turn seek out methods that will provide for the quickest guilty plea and confirmation of
the other quacks in the Department of Psychiatry. When a person challenges his diagnoses, or
affiliations with the University at Buffalo, he will violate privacy laws and
contact his colleagues to glean the status of what is needed for a patient to
ensure that the phony medical practices can be verified. Dr. Ewing will also cater to the demands of the
State University of New York to adhere to its public relations goals. State University of New York employees will
confer with Dr. Ewing so that he provides the expectations of the state
educational system without contradicting any of the perverse treatment that has
been delivered by its other employees.
The Quackjobs’ Affiliations
Mr.
Ranney is the Commissioner of Mental Health in Erie County, New York. He also serves on the Board of Trustees at various
places – including State University of New York institutions. He acts as liaison between the crooked
doctors and public officials. His agenda
includes illegally contacting law enforcers, judges, prosecutors, doctors, and
administrative staff at academic institutions to comprehend what their goals
are and how he can help guide the desired path for these professionals. Mr. Ranney hides behind closed doors and
works the phones and emails without the consent of the persons being
evaluated. His illicit conference calls
have been noticed, however his ties with public officials and the academic
institutions allow him to violate privacy laws without any consequences. When civil lawsuits are filed, he turns to
his political friends to squash any of the legal actions and in turn threatens
the plaintiffs with horrible outcomes that his public service buddies can
ascertain.
Mark
Farrell is a former judge in the Town of Amherst. His drug court was infamously known for
putting low-level offenders into his program and contracting with agencies that
in turn retained the clients for as long as possible to acquire finances for desired
reputations and occupational reasons.
Mr. Farrell also has strong ties with the University at Buffalo, and
routinely uses the connections to quell any problems that he faces regarding
his years of terrible scam work in Amherst, New York. When people challenge his unlawful practices,
he uses the above-mentioned medical specialists to suggest that they have
mental disorders that make the claims a manifestation of their minds. Mr. Farrell was known for taking many bribes
and kickbacks from mental health organizations and high-priced attorneys during
his tenure in the Amherst Town Court.
Mark
Manna is a former Amherst Town Board member who was ousted by his political
party for inappropriate behaviors. Mr.
Manna is also a representative for a retail union that is known for treating
their employees horribly and using underground criminal acts to remove the
dissidents who attempt to make the workplace better for themselves and their
coworkers. His community connections
include other public officials and all the above-mentioned quacks. When complaints were filed against him during
his 2013 campaign for Amherst Town Supervisor, he not only called citizens and
threatened them with retaliation, but also went as far as finding out their
places of business, employment, educational endeavors, and personal backgrounds
to use it against the persons who administered the complaints that were lodged
against him. Since his loss in 2013, Mr.
Manna has been on an illegal and secretive campaign to attempt to recreate his
public image with the assistance from the quacks.
Michael Deal
Michael
Deal is an attorney in Erie County who deliberately misrepresents his clients
because of his desire to maintain clout in the legal community. When prosecutors learn of Mr. Deal’s
representation they quickly start the negotiations about how much time they
want the defendant to serve. Mr. Deal will
engage in “haggling 101” discussions with his client. In other words, he will tell his clients that
the prosecutor wants a specific amount of time and guilty plea and that he
bargained for a lower and less severe outcome with success; this “positive
outcome” that he construes is the negotiated result that the prosecutor wanted
in the first place. Which, in turn,
makes him appear to be performing satisfactory criminal defense tactics. Mr. Deal also uses the quacks at the
Department of Psychiatry at the University at Buffalo to his benefit. Paying bribes or providing other incentives
is in his professional agenda.
Robert
Russell is a jurist in the Buffalo City Court who operates many of the diversion
programs; which includes Mental Health Court.
Judge Russell works closely with the quacks at the University at Buffalo
and performs similar net-widening schemes for his diversion courts. Routinely seeking out poor mentally ill
defendants and putting them in his courts for lengthy durations is his main
practice. He will use his relationships
with the mental health professionals and county jail to ensure that the
defendants are not only implemented into his courts, but also forced to
participate in mandated treatment at an organization of his and the quacks’
choice. These actions contribute to the biased
evaluations that are created, retention of professional reputations that are
wanted, and desired financial incentives.
Joan
McCool is a psychologist within the State University of New York system. She is responsible for contacting
administrators and legal staff within the academic institutions throughout New
York. Furthermore, her job details
include violating privacy laws and contacting people who work within the
educational system, and other people who work in the community, to validate the
biased evaluations that are created and to repress any negative attention that
may come about because of the unlawful evaluations. Dr. McCool is known to contact the CPEP Unit
and county jails to make sure that defendants and mentally ill persons are not
challenging any of the allegations or “findings” in the evaluations that are
conducted by the previously mentioned quacks.
She will also contact local law enforcement and non-profit organizations
to make house calls so that her and her friends’ configurations appear to be
more credible.
The
federal public defenders in Erie County, New York always utilizes the Quackjob
Department at the University at Buffalo when they need an evaluation in their
favor. The attorneys in this office will
acquire funds to pay the fees for the mental health professionals from this
institution, and if a client attempts to flex their due process rights the
public defenders will threaten their client with long periods of incarceration
or improper defense techniques. Again,
the biased evaluations are confirmed through second-opinions from other staff
members at this institution and when people challenge the prejudices they are
threatened with legal action that is unfavorable to them.
Legal Aid Bureau of Buffalo, New York
The
Legal Aid Bureau of Buffalo, New York is part of the quackery as well. This group of attorneys routinely call upon
the Quackjob Department for diagnoses and evaluations that would benefit them,
the court, and the prosecutors.
Recommendations are made by the phony medical specialists and in turn
produce the framework for defendants using excuses for entry into diversion
courts or other possible criminal sanctions.
Additionally, the Legal Aid Bureau rarely seeks any medical
practitioners who are not affiliated with the Quackjob Department. Most of their references cater to the uncanny
actions of the parties that have been mentioned. This group performs similar actions that the
federal public defenders engage in as well.
Meaning that when a client does not endorse their biased decisions, they
will be threatened with incarceration and other negative discourses.
Seth
Gilbertson is one of the aforementioned attorneys for the State University of
New York who will illegally contact the mental health practitioners, judges,
and other law enforcement personnel to attempt to sway their decisions so that
the biased evaluations and illicit activities by the above-mentioned parties are
not exposed. He routinely violates due
process laws to justify the crappy actions by the Quackjob Department and other
employees within the legal community and public colleges and universities. When asked about his illegal contacts, Mr.
Gilbertson will either say “no comment” or completely evade any of the
questions about his unlawful behaviors. He
also uses his resources to provoke people who challenge any of the previously
described activities so that they act in a manner that would confirm the
illegal diagnoses and evaluations by the above-mentioned quacks. Mr. Gilbertson is not only a horrible person,
but also a corrupt attorney who participates in criminal activity to ensure victory
for himself and his colleagues. He is
also responsible for doing whatever it takes to eliminate lawsuits that are
made against the State University of New York or medical professionals who are
associated with his organization.
Crisis Services in Erie County, New York
This
entity serves as an outreach agency for the quacks and their associations in
the local community. When evaluations
are not going in the direction that the medical practitioners want, they resort
to utilizing this service to validate their malpractice. Fraudulent claims will be made to Crisis
Services who, in turn, will unexpectedly show up at an individual's residence to
document that some type of mental episode occurred. Many of these visits are initiated by the
personnel who is seeking to confirm their phony medical services, and many
times they contact the local police departments before and after the uninvited
intrusions to further back up the false claims of mental illnesses. There is no oversight for these meetings and
therefore the “doctors” and other parties can makeup whatever they want in
incident and status reports. A lot of
the staff at Crisis Services is also connected with the State University of New
York system; privacy violations and phony doctoring is certainly encompassed
within these at-home visits by Crisis Services.
Timothy
Howard is the Sheriff in Erie County, New York and uses the Quackjob Department
to his advantage for two purposes; which are 1.) He has created a mental health system in
response to the federal inquiries about the many suicides and other irregular
behaviors that have occurred under his supervision at the Erie County Holding
Center, and 2.) He was caught using the
Stingray device illegally in the area and thus uses the "doctors" to conjure up
false diagnoses to hinder any possible questioning about his unconstitutional
practices from people who know what the truth is about his unlawful
surveillance procedures. Most of the
illegal diagnoses are geared towards people who cannot afford high-priced
attorneys or take advantage of other resources that would present Mr. Howard’s
illicit activities. He targets ordinary
citizens so that negative attention is not likely to come his way. The list of people who this man goes after
includes citizens who did not support him during any of his reelection campaigns, and other critical citizens who have organized to remove him from public
office.
